Budweiser Nationals Tractor Pulls

Situation:
Local Beer Distributor Sequoia Beverage and Maxxkakl Motor Sports, was not having success generating high event ticket sales and event beer sales with previous radio partner of 10 years.

Objective:
Increase attendance at Budweiser Nationals Tractor Pulls

Campaign:
The iHeart Promotions Team put together a marketing plan for this event utilizing 102.7 the Wolf and PowerTalk 96.7 FM/1400 AM, that included a radio schedule, ticket giveaways, and interview with the promoter at the World Ag Expo prior to event (on Power Talk), and onsite ticket giveaways.

Results:
The event had attendance of over 5,000 (most ever in 10 year history of the event), and beer sales doubled over previous year.

City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities

Tulare County Fair Swap Meet

Situation:
Tulare County Fairgrounds had recently taken over the Wednesday Swap Meet, they wanted to reach the Hispanic Market

Objective:
Increase the number of vendors and increase attendance

Campaign:
Ran a 2 week schedule on La Preciosa

Results:
After the first 3 days of the on-air schedule, the Fair Manager called and said she had “more new vendors than she ever dreamed of”. Attendance was more than she could handle, with people lined up around the block to get in!

Pet Dental

Situation:
Client was looking for a way to increase calls/new patients and advertise their Annual Pet Wellness Plans as well as Monthly Specials.

Objective:
To bring new patients to the hospital and generate new sales for the Annual Wellness Plans available, informing pet owners that there are big savings and free services included in the Wellness plans.

Campaign:
Annual Contract began February 2015 with a schedule running from Saturday to Wednesday weekly on SoftRock 98.9 FM. Campaign featured 15 second spots focused on the Annual Wellness plans and running commercials on months that there is a special at the Hospital like: Pet Dental Month in February-They offered 50% off Pet Dental services all month.

Results:
February they had 5 new Pet Dental Clients, in March although they had no wellness plans they were able to treat and add 5 more new patients to their list.
